  • The PKI Architect role is designed to directly support the Digital Credential Technology Architect Lead position within Information Security.
  • This role will align to the public key infrastructure (PKI) security domain within Information Security focusing on architecture planning, design, and related functions in the areas of PKI, encryption solutions, cryptographic services, key management and related security technologies within the enterprise.
  • This position requires excellent experience understanding the complexity of enterprise PKI and encryption and how to apply encryption and key management technology solutions in various enterprise environments including cloud infrastructure, digital signing capabilities, public key-based encryption, and authentication services using digital certificates.

Key Responsibilities: PKI Security Architect – Banking Client – Brussels

  • Primary responsibilities associated with this role are:
  • Technical program oversight specific to the PKI security domain
  • Identification of concepts and architectural areas of need specific to the PKI domain
  • Create, maintain and align the Firm’s Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies.
  • Represent Information Security on organizational project teams and ensure adherence to existing security policies and standards.
  • Manage the successful technical delivery of Information Security projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business stakeholders, executives and project teams. Security architects are often the technical lead on initiatives and as such must drive the vision and alignment of the solution delivery. This is not a project manager role.
  • Development of technical security strategies
  • Development of technical security architectures
  • Development of technical security standards

Technical: PKI Security Architect – Banking Client – Brussels

Individuals are expected to have a strong background across all of the following information security domains, with industry expertise in, at minimum, one:

  • Public key infrastructure
  • Strong authentication / multi-factor authentication technologies
  • Cryptographic services
  • Data Protection

Further, the individual must be well versed in the practices and methods within IT Services, specifically:

  • IT Strategy
  • Enterprise Architecture
