Business Analyst’s and Senior Business Analyst

City of London Permanent £40000 - £60000 per annum + benefits (pension, etc)

I am working on behalf of a large Public Sector organisation that is looking for a Business Analyst’s and a Senior Business Analyst to work in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work a variety of projects, working with next generation technology. Key responsibilities:

-Analysing and amending business problems, processes, functions and information flows

-Documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements using waterfall or agile approaches

-Using a wide range of business modelling techniques to engage with and validate the analysis both business and IT processes

-Exploiting your wide business analysis skills and domain knowledge to advise and recommend solution options which encompass both business and IT enabled change

-Working closely with stakeholders to model the business benefits and risks

-Working with the relevant stakeholders to establish consensus on viability of solution options so that you can deliver the desired outcomes

-Helping to evolve the Business Analysis community by sharing knowledge and skills and actively looking for opportunities to continuously improve the team’s performance

To be successful in your application I am looking to identify the following:

– An understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

– Extensive experience working alongside stakeholders

– Proven problem solving and analytic skills
