Global retailer
Based – Central London
Salary, £40,000 – £45,000

If you are an Analyst with 1-3 + years experience, looking to break into a well know global retail business who values there employees through flexible working and career development then read on!

The eCommerce Analyst will support the eCommerce and Marketing teams on reporting and driving insight for the business.

The role

• Work as part of the international e-commerce team to shape digital analytics i.e. best practice, policies and KPI’s
• Present your findings in a digestible manner and with a concise action plan
• Drive insights from data to improve site performance
• Develop analysis into customer acquisition, retention & customer lifetime value

You will have –

• Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Adobe or Google Analytics
• Research / Analytical mindset
• Excellent data analysis, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Retail/ eCommerce experience is an advantage
