Lean Business Process Analyst

I am working on behalf of a large Public Sector organisation that is looking for a Lean Process Analyst. The opportunity is in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work a variety of projects, creating next generation digital intelligence processing platforms.

Key responsibilities:

– Managing one or more projects at a time.

– Finding the end to end needs and wants across the organisation.

– Use a wide range of Lean business problem solving techniques.

– Utilise Lean modelling techniques to help when working with the business in order to discover business improvement opportunities

– Use Lean skills and tools to help with the business design solutions and create a culture of continuous improvement.

– Build relationships in order to document and communicate your findings; discuss viable options for solutions and improvement plans, while also discussing the benefits and risks at stake.

– Help the organisation evolve their internal Lean community by sharing your knowledge and skills and actively looking for opportunities to improve team performance.

To be successful in your application I am looking to identify the following:

– A strong employment background working on Lean processes.

– Either a GreenBelt or BlackBelt qualification in Six Sigma.

– Experience in Business Change/Transformation.

– A desirable asset would be to have worked in a similar project within the public sector.
