MI/Insight Manager – £50,000 – £60,000

A unique opportunity has presented itself working for one of the Britain’s leading utilities providers. They are a company experience huge growth at the moment with them diversifying their portfolio of products monthly as they look to further disrupt the market. Having acquired several companies in the past couple of years, they now need new passionate people to join who are enthusiastic about making their next step into a company really revolutionising their market space.

This is a very different opportunity to many on the market currently at the moment as the client is looking to bring on MI/Insight Manager who either: have is able to work with both technical & non-technical stakeholders in order to get the most from the companies MI.

Due to the nature of the role candidates need to have worked in a fast-paced environment where there is a need to juggle several projects at any given time, or alternatively come from a consultancy background where managing clients expectations is daily occurrence.

This is a role for only the best candidates in the market who hold ambitions to join an organisation challenging the market and ripping up the online landscape; so if you’re ready for a change and want to join a team unwilling to accept anything but success this is the role for you.

The Role

  • Working with the business to define KPI’s, to help monitor business performance
  • Speaking to other business units in order to understand what they’re looking to achieve
  • Define objectives for campaigns
  • Understanding what tracking & analysis is needed on new & ongoing products
  • Production of periodic MI reviews (weekly, monthly & yearly)
  • Management & maintenance of MI infrastructure
  • Running MI queries
  • Lead the business going forward, helping to introduce the latest technology


  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent understanding of data infrastructure & use of SQL queries
  • Deep understanding of Excel
  • Degree Educated from a Statistics or equivalent background
  • Knowledge of analytical methodologies
