Senior Digital Analyst

Senior Digital Analyst – Global retail – £65,000

This is a newly formed role and is off the back of the company going through a digital transformation, you will be a key part of the newly formed analytics team driving digital analytics and insights for this global business.

Collect, gather and analyse data from the digital app and web products to deliver actionable insights to business teams, specifically around customer behaviour.

• Develop digital analytics (mobile app/website) and report key insights, e.g. traffic, journey conversion, page visits/views
• Uses Google Analytics or other analytical tools to interrogate app/web data to provide actionable insight
• Works very closely with the Insights and Analytics team to understand the data strategy and vision for all digital products and what are the needs of the business
• Build and create an efficient, effective process for extraction of digital data and population of reports for further analysis using available tools and technologies
• Deliver all digital reporting, analysis, and other deliverables requested by the Digital function
• Identify and propose opportunities for new analytical methods and programmes, particularly in app and website analytics
