Senior React Developer

We have partnered with the leading media and entertainment brand in Europe to help expand their small but highly experienced Frontend Developer Team. They are seeking a Senior React Developer to help turn ideas into workable scalable applications in an innovative environment. Working in a collaborative manner to empower the team around you!

They are an interdisciplinary team of Designers and Developers striving to change the way that their customers interact with their products and services. This is also a role where you will be conducting research and development on emerging interaction paradigms, keeping the organisation at the cutting-edge of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Use full-stack skills to develop high-quality prototypes
• Find creative solutions to problems
• Collaborate with designers to translate design into code
• Identify new opportunities for innovative solutions

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent frontend skills, with modern JavaScript.
• Experience in Typescript and React
• Good backend skills – experience building / maintaining APIs,
• MVC web applications experience
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SVG
• Experience of ownership of projects and requirements generation
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Passionate about creating code with regards to user interface

Desirable Skills:

• GraphQL experience
• Good knowledge of Git, deploying to AWS, working knowledge of UNIX command line
• Experience with Clojure, Elm, Elixir, Rust, Go
• Exposure to design tools; Framer, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or After Effects.
• Experiecne with deployment processes and testing
• NodeJS desirable
