The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Marketing Technology Vendor with an envious customer list that includes many top global Retailers. Their leading eCommerce/Marketing Technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers in the retail eCommerce industry.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for an experienced Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to join the dynamic EMEA Account Management team. Due to the early stage of the team in EMEA, the Account Manager will need to be comfortable in a role predominantly based from home, whilst playing a key role in supporting multi-national customers across EMEA:

  • Be the assigned point of contact for key enterprise accounts across the UK & Europe
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally
  • Identify and pursue post-sales consulting opportunities and gather testimonials

The Candidate

The successful Account Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a client relationship role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Previous experience building & nurturing relationships with eCommerce businesses: previous roles might include Account Manager; Relationship Manager; Partner Manager; Customer Success; Consulting; Client Services; Pre-Sales; Business Development
  • Good understand of SaaS Marketing technology platforms in any of the following industries: eCommerce; Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Email Marketing; Marketing Automation; Social
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationship, but also commercially-savvy with the aptitude to own the commercial relationship
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
  • Degree educated from a recognised university
  • Happy to be based at a home office majority of the time
