Digital Business Analyst, Ecommerce, Software, Agile


We are currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst to join as what started as a small family business and is now a multinational business going with over 100 staff and ambitious growth plans this company is at its ideal time to join. Read further for the chance to work on a great product with a great tech & dev team and senior stakeholders all based on site working within an Agile environment.


  • Experience in user story and feature production for at least 2 years.
  • Experience of work with engineering in a scrum environment. 2 years+.
  • Excellent knowledge of ticket management and workflow systems.
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering small -medium software application development, in ecommerce would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently in a fast pace agile environment.
  • Personable, proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible approach and a great team player.
  • Highly intelligent with the ability to logically work through problems whilst seeing the bigger picture and prioritise.
  • Strong organizational skills and unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to maintain high quality standards.
  • Committed to quality and achieving/maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Able to work autonomously and ensure projects are delivered.


  • Ability to analyse business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong judgement, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and prioritisation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Experience in Agile or Kanban methods (particularly User Stories and Nimble using Jira)
  • Proven ability to manage the full extent of project requirements, through all stages of project life-cycle

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
