Salt is currently recruiting for a Technical Implementation Support to join my clients in their vibrant and dynamic Cambridge offices!

My clients are a fast pace, well established worldwide payment products provider servicing billions of dollars through 200 different countries and territories!

They are looking for someone who enjoys working with both internal stakeholders and external clients and you have a strong interest in the technical side of implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an outstanding customer experience in the delivery of technical solutions, coordinating pre-sales technical dialogues with sales prospects, ensuring optimal technical implementations are developed, advising and training customers, all whist ensuring liaison with internal stakeholders.

You will have at least 3 years, experience of managing multiple projects, in project management, implementation or on-boarding role preferably within client focused environment. You are a driven self-start who thrives on working in a fast-changing environment and wants to learn more!

Responsibilities

  • Consultation: Work closely with merchants and internal resources to drive merchant integration and implementation of products and solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple phases of the client on-boarding process (from scoping to testing and go-live) and develop and enforce project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Communicate daily with internal and external clients and effectively track progress to ensure that projects advance smoothly and requirements are met.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the first line of support for merchant technical personnel throughout the implementation process, leverages knowledge and expertise to create the best possible merchant experience.

Core technical skills:

  • Good understanding of major Internet protocols and languages: HTTP, HTML, Java, Web Services, CSS, XML, .NET, C#.
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Working Knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems.
