This opportunity will ensure the 3rd Line Support Analyst will be working for one of the largest not for profit organisation that are well established for providing excellent quality homes and care. You will be responsible for all aspects of escalations by supporting desktop applications, laptops/mobiles, PC’s printers and the corporate network. Must be able to handle support on site of via the telephone with an emphasis on customer service and be proactive in troubleshooting and delivering clear communication.
