  • Work proactively and collaboratively with the Senior Technical Author, Product and internal teams to seek out opportunities to improve our Integration documentation, internal processes and products

  • Technically proficient with strong knowledge of web technologies along with demonstrated experience using either Windows or Unix command prompt (preferably both). Understanding of basic networking concepts such as ports, IP addresses, etc. Working knowledge of as many as possible of the following (in order of priority): HTML, Javascript, Java or another programming language e.g. C#, Ruby, Python, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and to translate them into user-friendly procedures
  • Ability to work well in a deadline driven environment
