Reporting to: Head of Digital

The Senior Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the front-end for our new web platform (CMS). This will be the both presentation layer and applications which sit behind the presentation layer i.e. service finder, some e-commerce journeys.

• Experience of delivering a new Content Management System in a complex matrix organisation essential
• Intuitive understanding of UX principles, e-commerce trends, and an ability to weight optimum journeys with cost to implement
• Able to prioritise effectively and deliver under time pressure to a high standard
• Expert in Agile methodology – having previously acted as a successful Product Owner
• Able to work autonomously with drive to deliver a set goal and strong attention to detail
• Experience in a client-side, large matrix organisation with strong stakeholder management and good communications skills
• Commercially driven and KPI focused
