Agile Business Analyst, Digital, Digital Transformation

This will give you a chance to work with a one of a kind organisation that offer Digital Marketing Training in way like you would never believe! Online Training, Digital transformation, Digital Media, Digital Capability and Digital Training. They use a unique interactive method to stimulate the learning processes and they do this for over 30,000 users across 125 different countries with some of the biggest and best names you can think of. With an expanding team and offices opening round the globe to accommodate their growing client list and product offerings, they need a superstar Scrum Master to come on board and lead the way.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & influencing skills, they will be flexible, pro-active and willing to act on their own initiative. The successful candidate will be from a technical background, with some product exposure, someone who is resourceful and resilient when confronted with obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out market and user research
  • Research, define, analyse and capture business & user needs and functional requirements
  • Understand business processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions with developers and designers
  • Collaborate with the creative and technology team members to ensure that business requirements adhere to technical and creative constraints
  • Experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc)
  • Create and visualise solution flows describing the business requirements in terms of user stories
  • Translate user stories into use cases in conjunction with the product design team
  • Verify requirements are testable
  • Write acceptance criteria for user stories / requirements in order to be tested
  • Collaborate with QA and Development team members to ensure that requirements are understood and met
  • Facilitate working sessions to drive / define new requirements or changes
  • Facilitate workshops with appropriate clients
  • Communicate requests received by the client to the leadership team
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and proactively bring them to the leadership team’s attention

Ideal experience BUT not essential

  • Ability to analyse business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Process mapping and operational process optimisation
  • Can articulate and demonstrate understanding of the roles of other team members in particular User UX, Design, Content, Technology, QA
