eCommerce Business Analyst – Consultancy – London OR Midlands – £70k – £90k

My client is a recognised leader in the retail consulting space focused on everything that is innovative in the ecommerce world.

After strong growth the client is diversifying both internally as well as their client base.

I am looking for Business Analysts with strong ecommerce experience ideally with a thorough understanding of e-commerce technology, including cross-platform digital channels

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly understand the complexity of a client’s business, analyse the current as is to extract strategic technical and business solutions on behalf of the client.
  • Evaluate complex information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and present these findings into clear summaries and recommendations to the client.
  • Act as a technology / business consultant, whether as part of a larger scale business project or as a standalone technology project through a proactive, solutions-focused approach to help clients realise their technology strategy and business aspirations.
  • Own deliverables and ensure effective liaison with internal teams to manage client expectations; including timescales and milestones
  • Support client’s awareness of the external environment to understand current best practice and competitor activity as well as representing views on design, UX, and SEO
  • Drive requirements and analysis using interviews, workshops, and appropriate frameworks, translate the output for a technical and business audience

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years working in a client facing technology solutions environment or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of e-commerce technology, including cross-platform digital channels
  • Able to evidence management consultancy experience and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Patient communicator
