Digital Business Analyst

Programme & Project Management

City of London Contract / 6 Months £450.00 - £550.00 per day

Our client is currently in the midst of a large digital transformation project with a large retail bank in London. They are in need of a senior Business Analyst to join us and support this central digital programme.The Project aim is multiple schemes designed to educate customers and support consumers to set up digital services such as, IB registration, payment transfers etc.

Skills-set required:

* Excellent workshop and stakeholder management experience
* Prior experience of a Business change programme
* Ability to write good quality epics and user stories (preferably Jira/Confluence)
* Ability to create epics, user stories and manage product backlog
* Experience working with CX and UI designers

This will include the following responsibilities:

* Requirements gathering: Working closely with Product Owner Groups and Working Groups to capture functional and non-functional requirements
* Process Flow Mapping: Functional & Non-functional Epics/Stories mapped to Macro Level Journeys and necessary Regulatory Articles
* Capture all requirements (RAID – Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies/ in JIRA
* Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all Epics/Stories
* Understanding the dependencies across all tracks
* Working with the Product Owner to review and close all open issues/dependencies and the Scrum Master to review Product Backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized
* Working with the Scrum Master & Product Owner to define the high level scope & goals for each Sprint
* Working with the Architect team to align user stories to sequence diagrams
* Produce clear defined roadmaps for the process deliverables
* Align the roadmap/strategy for leading financial services clients
* Participate in the concept phases and project definition
* Stakeholder workshops including Product Owner/Lead Architects/Design Authorities/IT teams/Scrum Masters and Developers/Testers in order to present the results & support the preparation of project proposals
* Setting up the Face to face and Remote Assisted Customer support services to register for internet banking
Setting up the Online Customer toolkit: online demo to educate and provide step by step guide to Customers on digital services
* Service Leads: targeted Customer and Colleague leads aimed to promote the bank’s digital services
* Masterclasses: remote and face to face classes aimed at educating Customers on digital services
