Digital Project Manager – Mobile Native App’s

We’re looking for a bright, talented Digital Project Manager who’s passionate about digital and mobile apps and understands the importance of great client service and exceptional project delivery.

You’ll work predominantly with clients up to and including Director-level so experience delivering consumer facing mobile projects at this level is essential to ensure you can meet client demands and provide the highest standard of service. Your primary focus will be to plan, organise, motivate and control resources to meet project objectives. In parallel we expect you to lead provide the very best service and experience to keep their clients happy.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Initiate Native Mobile App projects like Proof of concepts/Pilots and implementations
  • Manage the App projects in a structured and professional manner and report on the status of the projects weekly internally and externally
  • Quickly understand the situation and the needs of the brands and can translate them into viable solutions using engineers, IT specialists and 3rd party agencies
  • Coordinate, supervise, and be the strategist for the projects from beginning till end, and manage the business analysts, UX designers, Quality Assurance Consultants, Architects, Front-end and Back-end developers.
  • Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement changes.
  • Collaborate and bridge the gap between the creative team, marketing, business and the technical teams of the brands
  • Support ticket requests and ensure they are effectively managed through to completion.

Ideal Skills

  • A minimum of 4 to 8 year’s experience as a Project Manager or App consultant in a brand facing position
  • Have managed Mobile App projects from end to end
  • Experience leading/working with technical project teams and technical consultants such as Developers and Architects
  • Experience managing Mobile App projects which can be international projects;
  • Experienced in agile methodologies (Agile/SCRUM)
  • Experienced in working with Jira, Zen Desk and or similar ticketing solutions
  • Experience with online strategy and complex problem solving
