The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of applying a range of agile techniques to continuously drive and improve software development. As well as leading a team of scrum masters/ delivery managers you will be expected to take on a cross functional delivery team yourself and demonstrate your skills in practice. Just as the company believe in the principles of the agile manifesto and you will help “build projects and teams around motivated individuals giving them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done”.


  • Manage and mentor a team of like-minded Scrum Masters, applying the ideas of kaizen to constantly improve the delivery of software
  • Working across design, product and engineering to promote agile ways of working and keep Tandem at the cutting edge of modern delivery practices
  • Be a ‘servant-leader’ enabling your team by removing impediments and building an environment in which people can work in effectively
  • Set the example by being Scrum Master for one of the delivery teams


  • Extensive experience of applying a variety of agile practices to deliver fast moving digital products
  • Scrum Master certification / Scrum Coach certification (would be ideal)
  • Experience of managing and mentoring a team of scrum masters
  • Experience of working as part of cross functional teams
  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation to promote better ways of working
  • Prior experience coaching teams in agile adoption
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, always looking to the next thing

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £70,000 – £85,000 + Fantastic Benefits + Bonus
