Project Manager, Account Manager, Sports, Agency

As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing the client experience ensuring efficient delivery time and brand on budget.
You will be working on a number of high profile sports video and web projects alongside this you will be assisting for ongoing sports production projects. More importantly you will be a brand ambassador building and maintaining relationships both existing and new. You will also assist with pitches and their prostrations upselling well possible and appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for service level quality & continuous improvement of it
  • Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations & client engagement
  • Ensure clients receive quality regular updates & reports showing project plans, objectives, KPI’s, work completed & results
  • Seek out new opportunities within existing clients & upselling where appropriate.
  • Assist with pitches and their presentation
  • Brand ambassador activities; to include speaking engagements, forging relationships with Universities etc.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements:

  • Excellent account direction, relationship building & client facing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of social media & digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients
  • Outstanding commercial acumen
  • A passion for all things digital
