The Role

As a scrum master of small, agile delivery focused teams, you will act as the facilitator and conscience of the team. Ensuring that the team is facilitated through sprint planning, stand-ups, show and tells and retrospectives. Ensuring Agile concepts and principles are adhered to and driving a culture of continuous improvement, the scrum master will resolve conflict through discussion and lead individuals to become self-organising, highly effective and productive teams.

  • Agile Coaching & Delivery 70%
  • Agile Training 15%
  • Agile Pre-Sales Support 15%

Ideal experience BUT not essential

  • Scrum master certification
  • Coaching experience
  • Experience working with start ups
  • E-commerce platform experience
  • 2-4 years experience as a scrum master in at least 2 different companies
  • Full Software Development Lifecycle Experience, Project Management Experience, Exposure to Distributed Agile Team Models
