Salary: £55,000- 65,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

My client over the last 2 years having been growing their IT team and an urgent requirement has arisen for a Product Owner.

In a trading- related, fintech role, the successful Product Owner will determine the product strategy and own the product roadmap, working closely with the development team through to execution.

My clients Technology team is dedicated to providing outstanding technology solutions to the trading business. Most of their software is developed in-house, driving further business growth. Performance Objectives: Product Owner (Mid-Level) – Banking / Financial Services – London

  • Total responsibility for collating the technology products stategy and vision, including the product roadmap and enhancements, stakeholder requirements and market analysis
  • Following scrum agile processes, work closely with the development team to build and execute the product, defining the stories in Jira
  • Assist in determining their technology edge through involvement in business strategy from a product perspective
  • Involvement in business analysis and evaluation of third party products and vendors

Experience and Skills: Product Owner (Mid-Level) – Banking / Financial Services – London

  • Strong mathematical ability
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner in software development or the systems integration space
  • Industry qualifications around scrum agile and product ownership
  • Competency in Jira
  • Experience within financial services
