    CV Requirements

    Candidates for CTO or CIO roles should use their CVs to demonstrate their ability to run complex processes on a large scale, as well as interacting with senior stakeholders. They should also be able to demonstrate experience in creating growth plans and expanding business revenue streams. Candidates should also be experts in software or web development, in whichever coding languages the company in question requires.

    Job Interview Preparation

    Those seeking a position as a CIO or CTO can expect a relatively relaxed interview setting, depending on the size of the company they are meeting. The process generally starts with a discussion, followed by a more technical task, which may be executed at home or on-site. Candidates should also be prepared to present any previous projects in which they had a major hand, and demonstrate their leading role in them.

    Educational Requirements

    Candidates will need to have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, as well as any additional qualifications in related fields.
