Candidates should also be experts in software or web development, in whichever coding languages the company in question requires.

    Those seeking a position as a CIO or CTO can expect a relatively relaxed interview setting, depending on the size of the company they are meeting. The process generally starts with a discussion, followed by a more technical task, which may be executed at home or on-site.
