Associate Account Director

Our client, an international marketing agency, is looking for an Associate Account Director to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Act as the daily contact point for the client.

· Build relationships with the clients and develop new business opportunities.

· Lead, coach and monitor the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

· Manage priorities for the tasks set by the client.

· Offer support and assistance whenever necessary on other accounts.

· Assist in new business projects and undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines.

· 5+ years’ account servicing experience in a marketing / agency environment.

· Experience in digital marketing, CRM and/or managing a team will be an added advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

· Energetic, proactive, well organized, attention to retail, passionate and confident.
