Marketing & Content Automation Manager

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Automation

· Develop marketing automation strategies by utilizing marketing content for customer journeys and automated activity

· Collaborate with central, regional, and local marketing stakeholders to plan and execute marketing automation programs and customer journeys

· Consult with marketing teams on best practices and recommendations for content, audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, lead scoring, reporting, and marketing systems and tools to launch a successful marketing automation program

· Integrate open system and external vendor via API to automate entire in-house marketing campaign operation funnel, from campaign planning creation, optimization, to measurement.

· Develop marketing tools that increase the efficiency of marketing operations such as tools that effectively generate personalized content by given a specific segment or refresh ad copy for large scales of campaigns

· Deploy new marketing automation in operation and drive usecase within local marketing team.

· Utilize machine learning, advanced statistical method or industry knowledge to automate decision making in marketing such as bidding calculation, product recommendation and customer segmentation

Editorial & Content Automation

· Produce advanced marketing creative technology and develop pilot to increase creative attractiveness, such as AMP email, dynamic creative and interactive ad

· Develop strong relationships with colleagues to positively influence the post production supply chain and increase automation and data-driven decisions

· Own the strategic planning, prioritization and implementation of media asset tools and services as you ensure they will scale with the business.

· Work with editorial & content operations teams to gather functional and technical requirements around digital asset metadata, taxonomy, organization, and workflow.


  • 10+ years total experience with at least 6+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation and 4+ years of experience in OTT or direct to consumer products
  • Experience with marketing automation and demand generation industry software and tools
  • Understand HTML/CSS, Javascript, and some other scripting languages (Python, Groovy, etc.)
  • Experience working on inbound and outbound digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media marketing, advertising, web, content marketing and SEO
  • Experience with images and video asset management in consumer industry
