- Min 10 years in technology sales (solution sales approach) including direct supervision of sales team
- A proven track record of consistently maintaining a robust sales pipeline that supports/exceeds revenue forecasts
- Must have business savvy, strong negotiation skills, and ability to close large complex deals
- Ability to solve practical problems, involving a wide range of variables, in creative ways
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Foster positive working relationships between Company and customer organizations to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Generate new ideas for service and product opportunities; anticipate opportunities the competition may exploit and work to close the gap
- Represent Company at industry events to promote products and services, network with relevant stakeholders, and stay current with market trends
