We obsess on “happy customers”. As Associate Director – Customer Success you’ll be the key player to make it happen internally and externally with the customers. Also we are looking for an experienced, trained and business savvy professional who can ensure the following outcomes for all customers.

What Are Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that every customer derives the maximum possible value from the our platform.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our customers and also a ever day point of contact for customer business teams and other stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on social business practices.
  • Work alongside our internal business development teams to foster new opportunities within existing business.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Minimum 8 years of prior experience in a customer success management role, enterprise software account management / digital and social account management large enterprise customers.
  • Enterprise experience in cloud platform is a must
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, Team Management skills
  • Managed large calculation and large enterprise accounts
  • Personal energy, passion, and drive to ensure we consistently delight our customers
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team member and manager
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software)
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • Direct experience in working with or for social media management software is preferred
  • Experience configuring Social Media Management, Content Management tools and software desirable
