Our client is the leading global ecommerce consultancy corporate and serves with global client base and headquarter in UK, they are seeking a talented < Project Manager> to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, on-board, and train expert software developers.
  • Build and manage team(s) that designs and delivers scalable, extensible complex distributed systems.
  • Be a hands-on engineering team manager who will spend up to 50% of their time in the codebase, own production needs, and manage project execution.
  • Provide coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies.
  • Manage resources, staff, mentoring and growing a best of class engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent education and work experience
  • 8+ years building complex, reliable and scalable software solutions
  • Proven track record of building and managing high performing engineering teams
  • Proven experience meeting due dates for complex software development projects
  • Hands-on experience leading code reviews and deep-dive designs
  • Understand overall SDLC including various methodologies.
