IT Analyst – HRIS

Project & Programme Management

THE JOB

– requirements gathering and project / change / enhancement management

– regional support for HRIS system

– design test cases, conduct unit testing and coach users in UAT

– prepare documentation and training manual

– compliance of all IT standards and Controls as related to SOX

THE PERSON

– minimum 5 years experience in handling user IT application support or projects

– experience in HRIS or related systems is a must

– excellent documentation and communication skills (English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus)

– experience with SQL management studio and write basic select queries

– Project Management methodology qualification
