The Job holder duties and responsibilities shall include: –

· Be part of an Agile team developing products that require a high degree of scalability and reliability

· Define and refine CI/CD pipeline ensuring the development and released of code is as seamless as possible, apply your automation and tools experience to make this possible

· Own what you create! As part of an Agile team you are the owner of what you build as a team, you care about every aspect of the final product and it’s performance

· Contribute feedback to Engineering regarding quality and testability considerations

· Apply automation, monitoring and visualisation across the architecture

Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 years of solid Quality Engineering experience, and the scars to prove it!

· Experience working in an Agile team and a solid understanding of Agile software principles

· Expert understanding of one or more of Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, Karate, JMeter

· Experience of testing micro-services preferably in Docker and Kubernetes deployment architectures

· Experience working with CI/CD tools, primarily Jenkins and Github

· Experience in the automated testing of UI components

· Knowledge and experience working with source control and issue/bug tracking tools (preferably Jira and Github)
