ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of Client Services Account Executive is an all-rounder role with a mix of tending to an already established portfolio coupled with expectation to grow and seek out new business. With greenfield opportunities, this role requires a person with tenacity to go after new clients, be self-driven, have high level of experience in converting referrals and the gravitas to speak to all levels of management and business owner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Source and generate new business opportunities
· Management of these new leads through the full sales cycle; from prospecting, qualifying the opportunity, making cold calls to secure pitch meetings over the phone or via Zoom video and securing/closing sales
· Maintain existing client relationships, sourcing renewal and upgrade opportunities within existing business
· Run platform demonstrations and meetings with potential clients
· Identify market prospects by keeping abreast of current business trends, lead generation opportunities, social media, and networking
· Create quotes and proposals for clients.
· Manage pipeline, sales targets, develop and achieve quarterly sales plans.
· Work closely with teams, have a collaborative approach and contribute to continuous improvement
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
· Proven sales experience within marketing or related fields
· Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets, securing new business opportunities and growing client accounts to achieve ROI
· Experience speaking and presenting at Executive and C-Suite Level
· Experience creating proposals and closing the sale
· Prior work or experience in educational sales or strong interest in L&D desirable but not required
