Pre-sales Consultant

Presales Consultant – eCommerce

Our client is the leading SaaS vendor in Omni-channel & Order Management. They supply retailers with smart technology that brings customers to store and send products to the customers. They’re looking to expand their Sydney team and for a Presales Consultant to support their sales and marketing team.

The Role

• You’ll be supporting the sales and marketing team through product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation
• Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities for salespeople.
• Communicate with engineers & partners to describe customer problems
• Able to provide knowledge and insights to customers about the eCommerce and shipping space
• The ability to present projects to stake holders and C-Level executives

You

• 5 years’ experience in presales or implementation in eCommerce or order management
• Strong understanding of the SaaS space
• Have strong technical knowledge in marketing or eCommerce technology
• Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
• Have a strong understanding in back end retail or online shopping
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary – Up to $110k base plus bonus
