Digital Operations Manager

Mid-sized Digital Consultancy (currently 20+ staff).

The business focuses on Product Design (rather than Digital Communications), so an understanding of UX Design and HCD necessary.

Reporting directly to the founders.

You’re NOT hands-on (there’s a Traffic Manager in your team), but you know what it takes.

You likely came from a Senior Digital Producer background that has worked across Web and App platforms, but have taken things to the next level from a business POV.

You’re strong financially, analysing business performance and redesigning processes (or the team) to make it more efficient and an even happier place to be.

A great mix of large enterprise clients.

Circa $130K package.

CBD location.

$130K to $140K package.
