A global fintech scaleup is taking the world by storm with its amazing technologies. Originating in Melbourne 4 years ago, this company is looking to hire an experienced multifaceted Senior HR Business Partner/Manager with a passion for the tech industry.

This role is diverse (not boring) as already has established businesses in Australia Europe & growing rapidly with America next to be launched. They are looking to grow their 55FTE team, with this person pioneering its talent mapping, culture, and success from strategy & HR operations.

The role / criteria

Reporting directly to COO who is a great peoples’ person, you will be the ”go to person” for all HR related matters globally. You will have free reign to adjust and even overhaul operations if and where required ultimately making this company a greater employer in the future.

As an experienced Senior HR Business manager & being part of the Senior management team, you will be able to develop your role as the business grows. Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –

  • Talent Acquisition attracting USA candidates for new division.
  • Driving and developing the OKR framework
  • Development of initiatives to enhance engagement of the talented team.
  • Development of training & L&D programs
  • Managing all HR operations being the trusted advisor on all matters
  • Coaching and developing staff

Some of the key criteria for this role are:

  • HR qualifications & diverse experience in similar IT/ Fintech company
  • Enjoy a diverse role and able to contribute being hands on and development of strategy.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition, HR operations & development of People
  • Solid understanding of best practice with legislation not only in Australia but overseas countries i.e., UK & USA (desirable experience)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
