Role Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of UX projects across the Financial Crime Change Program
Be responsible for the projects being led to deliver on time and budget, and delivering efficiencies
Manage a team of UX designers on various projects across the program
Ability to influence project teams to continually advocate for the customer
Provide advice and direct the conceptualisation and design solutions from idea to completion for the project being led, supporting a design thinking methodology
Plan design scope, approach, and outcomes, identifying relevant best practices and drawing design inspiration from the broader community, industry and marketplace
Work closely and collaboratively with project and tech teams on deliveries
Manage stakeholders and support designers in challenging situations
Your Experience:
Lead-level Enterprise UX experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills to advocate for change and HCD within the program
Strong organisation skills to manage and stay up-to-date on UX activities across the program
Experience in working in a fast-paced delivery environment
Experience in leading other designers on complex programs of work to meet customer and business needs
Ability to direct and guide UX activities
Hands-on experience in customer experience research, synthesis and insight generation, ideation, conceptual design, wireframing, prototyping, and customer validation activities and workshop facilitation
Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams across the organisation
Ability to grasp and understand complex concepts quickly
A systems thinking UXer, someone who has experience with internal systems and interdependencies of corporate and complex processes would be advantageous.
