About the Role:

We are looking for a technical and customer-centric Product Manager for an integration project.

You’ll be part of the team supporting the strategic direction, development and maintenance of the core business and payments platform which underpins and supports the full lifecycle of the payment offering including transaction, payment, and merchant management.

This role presents a unique opportunity that balances start-up and scale-up, where you can make a big impact.

You’ll have a good understanding of the payments space, and previous integration experience. Experience of ERP and CRMs is also desirable.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in an agile environment as a Senior Product Owner/Manager with a customer first mindset
  • Experience with systems integration, API platforms and technology
  • Experience working in digital and in client/consumer facing products and projects
  • Experience with effective planning and the ability to contribute to tactical and strategic planning in support of a business plan
  • Experience leading teams across location and cultural backgrounds
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: Merchant Acquiring, Payments, ERP or CRM
  • Ability to understand Microservice/API and application/system architecture
  • Influential and confident stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

Your Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Communicate the vision for core internal technology and business systems including a review and strategic roadmap for the internal system
  • Responsible for providing business requirements to the software-delivery team
  • Ensure the prioritised backlog is aligned with strategy and delivering on agreed KPIs and targets
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
  • Identify, track, and communicate benefits and impacts of new services and feature enhancements
  • Take a data-driven, test and learn approach to the delivery of change, continually devising and testing hypotheses for opportunities to improve the customer experience and business outcomes
