Senior Digital Designer

Join this growing internal studio at one of Australia’s most prominent retailers.

This in-house design team are a mix of creatives and builders developing a range of digital and traditional creative marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a Senior Designer who will take the lead on projects and be involved from the concepting stage of each campaign. You will have the ability to art direct Illustrators. Photographers and Videographers and be able to manage projects from conception through to finalisation.

You will be responsible for briefing and supporting the studio team, guiding them to strive and successfully execute high-quality creative content.

Design outcomes will be across website, social, display banners, EDM, presentations, and animations through to printed materials and style guides.

You will oversee a team of junior designers and assist with design research, mood boards, typography, storyboarding and design reference.

Requirements

• We’re looking for a Digital Designer with at least 4 years commercial experience, ideally from within a retail environment
• Have the ability to support and guide creatives from the concept stage to final execution.
• Conceptual design skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Art direction skills – ability or aspiration to brief and art direct illustrators, photographers and videographers
