Senior UX Designer

About the Role:

It’s an exciting time to come on board as the team is in a period of growth, with the business making UX and CX design a central focus.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, shaping digital products by balancing customer and business needs with technology to drive value and enhance the customer experience.

Through leading and facilitating the problem-solving processes you will frame problems and solutions through a user lens. In addition, using user-first mentality and design thinking, you’ll create an experience that is aesthetically pleasing, technically refined and delightful to use.

You’ll create interaction design specs for platform components and patterns as well as wireframes and interactive prototypes and will practice leading strategic research efforts and integrating user research.

This is a senior level role, you’ll already have experience in a similar capacity, comfortable working on complex briefs, and pushing back on stakeholders where necessary.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Senior level UX/UI skills
• A portfolio demonstrating strong working knowledge of the design process, Experience Design methodologies and principles
• Experience in a research and testing environment, with proven ability to synthesise findings and generate reports
• Comfortable producing low-high fidelity wireframes in sketch and designing experiences in web & mobile
• Working knowledge of Figma, as well as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and React.
• Results driven individual who has the ability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Experience working closely with delivery teams
• Excellent communication and presenting skills and ability to influence outcomes
• Ability to analyse requirements and propose best possible solution for a digital/physical product where required
• Experience within Agile environments
• Experience building design systems
• Experience working in a corporate environment will be beneficial
