About the Role

You’ll work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to help define and build products that have a real impact on people’s health. You’ll talk to medical centres and patients to uncover their pain points. You’ll design products you can be proud of, that users love.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to solve complex challenges
• Craft meaningful and intuitive experiences that highlight the product capabilities
• Perform user research and customer discovery, through interviews, contextual inquiry sessions, ethnographic studies and usability testing
• Use qualitative analysis to drive design solutions and enhance performance metric

Your Skills & Experience

• Mid-level professional UX experience (minimum 2 years)
• UX, design, or related degree or training from recognised providers
• Proficiency with prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision, etc.
• Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
• Experience in new markets, understanding the needs of a brand new customer base
• Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production
• Experience turning research into highly organised artefacts that the Product team can use to create amazing products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototyping and facilitating workshops
