About the Role

Role Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to solve complex challenges
Craft meaningful and intuitive experiences that highlight the product capabilities
Perform user research and customer discovery, through interviews, contextual inquiry sessions, ethnographic studies and usability testing
Use qualitative analysis to drive design solutions and enhance performance metric
Your Skills & Experience
Mid-level professional UX experience (minimum 2 years)
UX, design, or related degree or training from recognised providers
Proficiency with prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision, etc.
Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
Experience in new markets, understanding the needs of a brand new customer base
Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production
Experience turning research into highly organised artefacts that the Product team can use to create amazing products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototyping and facilitating workshops
