UX/UI Designer

Post-lockdown working arrangements will be split between home and office, located 4km from Melbourne CBD.

The Role:

You’ll develop creative for some of Australia’s largest property developers, universities and household brands, as well as designing and maintaining a suite of in-house products (including a mobile app.)

You’ll be responsible for creating new user experiences, visual concepts, mock-ups, and user flows to drive customer acquisition.

This will suit either a mid or senior level UX/UI designer, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in building digital customer interactions and the ability to think at the big picture and pixel level.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI Design process for client and in-house products
• Create a seamless experience for customers across all platforms
• Manage the development of digital assets for lead generation campaigns (landing pages, ad creative etc)
• Manage the development and implementation of complex email templates and interactive content
• Work closely with the client service team and customers to develop UX requirements and user stories
• Develop user experience design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, and flows
• Develop user stories and assist in Agile project management
• Be part of user acceptance test team to verify all new digital assets and user flows
• Evolve design and user experience in keeping with the latest design paradigm
• Design, communicate and implement user experience and associated UI frameworks and assets
• Create consistent visual designs that support brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines
• Ensure visual design supports desired user experience
• Stay on top of competitive changes and bring new ideas to the team
• Be an expert on the latest UX/UI practices for mobile and web design
