Wayfinding Snr Design Lead

It builds on the concept of a customer’s journey, and puts our customers first by offering personalised travel options that suit their individual needs.

Our client is in need of a Wayfinding Senior Design Lead to work with them to deliver their exciting program of work. The base location for this position is Sydney CBD. The team is working hybrid and there will be a requirement to attend the office on occasion.

The role will have a matrix reporting structure, working closely with wayfinding SMEs in the Customer Strategy and Experience Team.

As a Wayfinding Senior Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and integration into the built environment of all aspects of Wayfinding design and customer information experience for the Program. You will lead and manage coordination across relevant stakeholders, channels, and deliverables, to ensure that Wayfinding outcomes meet customer and program requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

· Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in wayfinding, information design, industrial design, graphic design, urban design, interior design, architecture or another related design disciplines.

· Experience solving problems and resolving issues in a design environment.

· Experience in wayfinding is desirable but not essential.
