This internationally recognised brand are well known for customer care and has been servicing APAC customers for over 100 years.

They are about to embark on a major overhaul of their web content to better align the information, focussing on a better user experience and journey.

We are looking for an experienced Web Content Writer who is skilled at translating complex information and transforming it into plain English-including removal of unnecessary jargon and content.

A thorough and user-centred content strategy has been developed to ensure consistency of content creation during this overhaul.

Working part of an agile team made up of UX Designers to Product Managers your role will be to provide expertise on all things copy.

This role offers a variety of different projects from UX writing, web content writing to long-form policy pieces.

Essential skills & experience:

• Digital content writing experience gained ideally within a corporate environment or working on corporate clients from agency side
• Be skilled in translating complex information and rewriting it into plain English to enhance the user experience
• Be able to write and design content for the web-based on a predefined content strategy
• Have an understanding of UX writing
• Be able to confidently navigate search engines and websites to perform desktop research

Nice-to-have skills and experience

• Knowledge of HTML
• Understanding of SEO
• Ability to use a content management system
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile environment
