Administration Support

Sydney Contract / 2 months AU$35 - AU$38 per hour

You will take on an essential role by providing administrative support to this government department where you will draw on your previous experiences in working in high volume administration, along with great organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to strict deadlines.

Your responsibilities will be:

· Undertake a range of clerical duties, including agenda preparation, committee support, filing, and records management

· Update and maintain database records and information systems to ensure the provision of up to date and accurate information

· Prepare and distribute briefs, documents, and correspondence

· Respond to enquiries and correspondence internally and externally and provide accurate and comprehensive information

· Provide assistance to other team/s as required

About you:

· Experience working in the public/health sector (highly desirable)

· Agile minded and adaptable in a dynamic environment

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail

Benefits:

· $35- $38/hr + super

· Sydney Lower North Shore location

· 2 months’ contract (possible extensions)
