Fire Operations Manager

This client is a new startup Fire Protection Services company in Australia, coming to Brisbane.

They have already got established networks in Australia & will have a great traction once we obtain an experienced Fire Operations Manager to grow and lead a team of trade specialists.

The overall responsibility will be ensuring that the company is successful in Queensland , to ensure quality and on time delivery mitigating risks to ensure that long term sustainable clients & growth.

This is a great role for a manager (who has a technical background of 10 years + experience but at least with 5 years in management role involving P&L responsibility). You lead from the front with internal and external stakeholders, love growing your team & business and you will be embraced. The following roles includes but not limited to:

• Immediately will be involved with Sales and Business development.
• Manage a team toward quality delivery & mitigate risks.
• Work closely with great sales team interstate & locally (just appointed a great leader in this area)
• Be able to be hands on sometimes, lead from the front and bring them on with a growth mindset
• Understand contracts, P&Ls, Sales Estimation & best practice in running a business
• Be part of solutions and provide support to the business
• Present and build solid local relationships across commercial businesses.
• Coach and develop your staff for success.
• Be involved with other interstate team members.
