As an experienced HR specialist & being part of an amazing support HR team & Senior management team, you will be able to work with some great tools that are leaders in the industry.

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

· HR qualifications & specialist skills

· Desirable to have ER&IR experience

· Enjoy a diverse role and able to contribute being hands on and development of strategy.

· Passion for TA & development, strategic workforce planning, performance & leadership, employee experience, culture, org design development

· Solid understanding of best practice with legislation

· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
