L&D Partner Manager – Sales Enablement

A market leader in a well-known brand, SAAS Software company which is investing in new enterprises & a position based in Sydney. There will be plenty of scope to deliver value to the business & or develop within with in this organization.

Reporting to the Global Head of L&D (sales enablement), we are looking for an experienced programme officer to essentially work to support the partnerships with 3rd party vendor sites in different countries, and ensuring that the sales trainers & design ID experts are properly equipped & resourced to do their role. You will provide structure and support the experts to deliver.

Some of the duties include:

· Quality Assurance and Reporting (30%) – Assessing the quality of training delivered to enforce business improvement practices.

· Performance Improvement practices (30%) – scoping and planning projects bsised on conducting gap analysis and obtain internal data to do this.

· New Hire Training and Observation (10%) – ensuring new hires are onboarded and delivering basic training materials.

· Content Creation (10%) – work with creation teams and coordinator the needs analysis for each region.

· Run the Business Tasks (20%)

· Maintaining focus in a WFH environment.

· Follow up/through on actions if delays or challenges by exception.

· Occasionally work outside business hours to accommodate international time zones/meetings.

· Other ad hoc duties will be required.

What will qualify you?

· Experience as programme manager with education programs in L&D preferable in Sales enablement.

· You are strategic and innovative!

· Be organized, involved, proactive.

· Great communication skills – positive and can-do attitude

· Have a passion for this role & industry

This is a 12-month contract & may go permanent but can’t promise this (or further extend definitely), you can work from home most of the time. However, there might be requirements to go into the office sometimes for connection. Even though this is a casual contract role, we offer an additional 17 days for public holidays and global closed down days.
