A market leader in a well-established Software company which is investing in new enterprises & a new position in Sydney. There will be plenty of scope to deliver value to the business & or develop within with in this organization.

Reporting to the Head of L&D (sales enablement), we are looking for an experienced content developer & Sales Trainer in training e-commerce platforms with skills & understanding with Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Indesign & ADDIE methodology.

This is an exciting new role, as you will be working with an awesome team of innovative sales trainers and or content develops and facilitator across the global where you can feel inclusive to innovate or learn develop and grow from the best across the global.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Plan, Develop and facilitate training through SaaS offerings, workflows, product knowledge, and sales skills required in support of the Channel Sales and Service organization. You will also deliver training, workshops, and classes using rich media to support a global workforce and remote learners. Engage in classroom observations of effective facilitation processes that enable the delivery of the curriculum.
• Creates, develops, and facilitates training material and presentations according to the development of Technology-Based training (TBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) packages with guidance from more senior staff.
• Regularly solicits feedback from peers, staff, and managers, and applies the learning to enhance their own performance and capabilities.
• Learning how to utilize metrics to manage and assess deliverables.
• Utilizes internal processes, tools, and systems for on-time delivery.
• Seeks guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables.
• Maintaining focus in a WFH environment.
• Follow up/through on actions if delays or challenges by exception.
• Occasionally work outside business hours to accommodate international time zones/meetings.
• Other ad hoc duties will be required.
