Main Responsibilities

• Supporting HR & TA team to provide HR admin support
• Partnering with P&C team and TA team with admin
• Provide support to reporting , metrics & support with training guides, online resources, branding materials
• Provide expert advice and guidance on broad range of important People Resources & Issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service response through exceptional communication skills.
• Supportive through administering queries and providing solutions.
• Assist with employee experience with teams to develop talent and retention.

Skills and Experience

You will be a HR Graduate with passion for OD space, (at least 1 year experience), self starter, with strong engagement & comfortable working with providing solutions & solving problems for various stakeholders. Great understanding of basic Hr principles, shared service environment, and strong computer skills is required.

• Offering $80,000 TFR (maybe slightly negotiable) + 10% bonus
