Project Officers – Construct and Maintenance

Take on an essential role by providing project support to the planning of the construct & operations across a portfolio of properties across NSW. Work collaboratively with the team where you will draw on your previous experiences in support service, along with great organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will be:

· Provide a range of stakeholder services to support all the partner teams in the delivery of all aspects of project.

· Project manage to timelines, effectively liaising across the team for clear objectives;

· Communicating the objectives and its expected benefits;

· Identify and evaluate risks associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies;

· Evaluate progress and identify improvements across the business;

· Undertake meeting and event coordination including scheduling, preparation of agendas and minutes and collating and analysing feedback to support projects.

About you:

· Worked across construction , maintenance or similar projects

· Experience with Microsoft project or another software, intermediate to advanced excel and MS Office

· Previous Government experience (highly regarded)

· Agile minded and adaptable in a dynamic environment

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail

· Obtain or currently have a white construction card

Benefits:

12-month contract role (with view to extend)

Start ASAP – once pre-employments checks are cleared

$500 – $545/day + super
