Recruitment Coordinator

Regents Park Contract Up to AU$43 per hour + + super

Immediate start x 5 positions – contract role 4 months

This government department is going through major recruitment drive. This position is office based in Regents Park .

Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be supporting TA Advisors with administration/ QA checks & customer service to ultimately give candidates a great experience with their recruitment journey.

The following duties include:-

  • Provide administration support to the TA team in an effective and timely manner
  • Arrange & administer interviews
  • Administer and assist with innovative recruitment strategies
  • Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that you have a great positive high touch candidate experience while engaging with all stakeholders and candidates
  • Manage & coordinate the interview process
  • Provide all preemployment checks and administer accurately during process
  • Candidate targeted searching and screening candidates
  • Prepare reports where required and other ad hoc duties
  • Enjoy working in busy environment and experience with this

About you

We are open to applicants that have got at least one year in a similar role.
