Senior HR Advisor – OPEN for applications NOW

This is an interesting HR Advisor role contract role where you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters! Including OD, WH&S, ER matters, L&D involving some project work!

· You will part of a dynamic passionate & well-respected HR team in state government!

· You will be embraced if you have worked in HR Advisor role for minimum of 5 years across all HR matters.

· Support HR Business Partners in the development of workforce plans inclusive of employment programs; analyse workforce data to clarify required action, monitor strategies and policies to address specific workforce targets.

· Participate in a range of projects, including application and implementation of capability frameworks, performance management, learning and development programs. Work with HR Business Partners to plan, monitor and control all aspects to achieve high level project objectives on time and to the customers satisfaction.

· Regularly evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs with the view to identify and implement recommendations for improvement.

· Be involved from Day 1 with a great team

You will be attending workplace ideally 2 days a week (vaccination required), however majority of stakeholders are working 2 days office and working from home 3 days a week.

Sydney based candidates only

$500-$650+ super per day, you can work for home (hybrid) and flexible. START ASAP!

This is you?

· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business subject or years of relevant experience

· Experience of Human Resources support and advice, demonstrated understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures

· Solid problem-solving skills and project management experience, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines

· Sound working knowledge of fundamental Human Resources legislation and best practice

· Demonstrated working experience and skills with HR Systems (using SAP and success factors)

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
